Main rates - according to the type of use of the protected works:
Streaming and Streaming On Demand Services

Streaming and Streaming On Demand Services the license fee stands at 12.5% of the service's revenue, but not less than the following minimum amounts:
- A music based service in which a musical production is watched/heard - NIS 0.004 for each playback/viewing of a work included in the musical production.
- A musical service that also includes non-musical productions - 0.00025 NIS for each minute of playback/viewing or part thereof, or - at the choice of the licensee and his prior written notification with his signature on the license - 0.003 NIS for each playback/viewing .

Streaming services
- A music based service - a service whose main activity is the playback of musical productions - the license fee is at a rate of 10% of the service's revenues, but not less than NIS 0.0032 for each playback of a musical production.
- A service that is not musical in nature - a service whose main activity is not playing musical productions - the license fee is at the rate of 2.5% of the revenue from the service, but not less than 0.0032 NIS for each playing of a musical production on the service.
Placing sponsorship in Streaming/Streaming On Demand services - the minimum amount to be paid for a music service in which sponsorship is placed, temporarily or permanently, of a service/product or commercial entity, will be at a rate of 5 times the rate of the minimum amount stated above for Streaming and/or Streaming on Demand services.

Production services - including loading the productions to the user's end device - the license fee is at a rate of 3.125% of revenues, but not less than the following minimum amounts:
- A musical service in which a musical production is watched/heard - NIS 0.004 for each playback/viewing of a work included in the musical production.
- A musical service that also includes non-musical productions - 0.00025 NIS for each minute of playback/viewing or part thereof, or - at the choice of the licensee and his prior written notification with his signature on the license - 0.003 NIS for each playback/viewing.

- Musical production - NIS 0.006 for each playback/viewing of a musical production, for each work included in the musical production.
- Non-musical production - 0.000375 NIS for each minute of playback/viewing or a part thereof, or - at the choice of the licensee and his prior written notification with his signature on the license - 0.0045 NIS for each playback / viewing / loading of a production.

Music packages for listening, for which the consumer pays a monthly subscription fee: : the license fee is at a rate of 12.5% of the service's revenue, but not less than 1 NIS per month per subscription for one platform (Internet only) and 1.43 NIS per month per subscription for two platforms (Internet and mobile).

Simulcasting service of a terrestrial radio station and TV channel (simulcasting): the license fee is at the rate of 5% of the service revenues for the simultaneous broadcasting of radio stations and 2.5% of the service revenues for the simultaneous broadcasting of TV channels, with no minimum amount; alternatively - the revenue from the simulcast will be included in the revenue from the music service or the production service of the licensee, depending on the nature of the broadcast (music or productions), but the licensee will not pay a minimum amount for the simulcast.

Children's content service : The license fee is at the rate of 4% of the revenue, but not less than 0.01 NIS for each playback / viewing of a work included in children's content, or - at the choice of the licensee and his prior written notification with his signature of the license - 0.000125 NIS per minute of playback / viewing or part of it. This rate is set considering that the service is not a music service.

Paid video service on demand - VOD (cinematic works such as movies and series) :
The license fee is 2% of the service's revenue (without synchronization).
Download Services
- Music service for uploading individual files - the license fee is 12.5% of the revenue of the service, but no less than 0.30 NIS for uploading each musical production.
- Downloading records - the license fee is 12.5% of the revenue of the service, but not less than 0.125 NIS for each work included in the record or album.
Usage of texts/lyrics of Israeli works

For a viewing service the license fee is 12.5% of the revenue from the service, but not less than the following minimum amounts:- For viewing a work that includes text and music notes - NIS 4 per 1,000 views.
- For viewing a work that includes only text - NIS 2.66 per 1,000 views.
- For viewing a work that includes only music notes - NIS 2.66 per 1,000 views.
- For viewing a work that includes only chords - NIS 1.33 per 1,000 views.

License fees for displaying texts, notes and chords from the ACUM repertoire as part of another service :
- For viewing a work that includes text and music notes - NIS 6 per 1,000 views.
- For viewing a work that includes only text - NIS 3.99 per 1,000 views.
- For viewing a work that includes only music notes - NIS 3.99 per 1,000 views.
- For viewing a work that includes only chords - NIS 1.99 per 1,000 views.

The licensee will be granted a one-time discount of 20% in relation to the relevant rate, starting from the service launch date and for 12 months only. In relation to download services only (Download), the aforementioned discount will be granted for 24 months from the date of service launch
General Conditions:
- The above tariffs are published by ACUM Ltd- the Authors, Composers & Music Publishers Society in Israel (hereinafter “ACUM”). The rates are determined at ACUM’s discretion and exclusive responsibility.
- These tariffs do not constitute license to use works from ACUM repertoire. To obtain a license, the client has to apply to ACUM in writing and prior the beginning of the usage of the work.
- The final license fees are calculated according to data and parameters relevant to each client. Any applicant for a license undertakes to provide ACUM with any information required for the calculation of feasible and appropriated license fees.
- ACUM reserves the right to change the tariffs from time to time.
- In case of contradiction between any terms of the published tariffs and those on the license agreed and signed by the licensee, the content of this license shall take precedence.
- The sums detailed on the tariffs do not include Value Added Tax (VAT). VAT will be added to any payment according to its legal rate, against a tax invoice as required by law.
- All the above is subject to the terms applicable to ACUM according to the determinations of the Antitrust Tribunal.
